RainDrop’s commitment to their customers is to deliver a properly designed system for foundation soil moisture control and to ensure that the system functions as intended. RainDrop is a product based company and does not offer installation services for any irrigation system. Based upon the experience and expertise of RainDrop’s founders the MCSIII was developed as a systematic and continual method for creating uniform soil moisture around the exposed beam of a residential structure. RainDrop does not warrant the condition of your foundation at the time of purchase or at any future date. 

The system is designed and intended to be used for soil moisture control around the exposed beam of a residential structure by regularly emitting water on a set schedule (RainDrop will recommend this schedule based upon your location) and at set points around the residential structure. The results of this process in regions with expansive clay soil is typically improved soil conditions for a residential structure to exist upon. Many uncontrollable factors and unforseen events can effect the success of the system, such as severe weather and foliage adjacent to the foundation, therefore RainDrop only warrants the component parts of the system. 

If any component part of the system is found to be faulty, RainDrop will replace this part at no charge for up to 12 months from the time of purchase. If you have additional questions, please contact RainDrop.
